Gym Time...

I'm not going to preach about going to the gym and how good it is for you, I am sure everybody has heard it a million times. But like every girl in the world at the beginning of every month they promise themselves they will start the gym, so that is what I have done. Instead of joining a gym I decided to go to fitness classes because I feel like its too easy to give up while running on a treadmill. So tonight I went to BodyAttack, as the name suggests it really does attack every part of your body with a mixture of cardio and muscle work, and I really recommend classes they target various parts of your body. So join with me, October will be the month we start getting fit!
GYM TIP: Make sure you take off all your make-up before going to workout because your pores will open and make up entering your pores will make your skin more prone to blemishes.
