Stay motivated! 

As I mentioned before I am trying to get fit and healthy during October. After the first week I can say it has been ok, I have not made any drastic changes however I am going to the gym 2/3 times a week. This doesn't seem that much but I was very lazy before so it is a big improvement. The reason I have failed before while trying to get fit is because I find it hard to stay motivated. I find going in tumblr and seeing peoples stories helps me now. Also a tip for dieting/getting fit is to take everyday as it comes, do not plan long term goals but wake up every morning and make it a healthy day. Another tip is also when it comes to making or ordering food just think twice because there is probably a healthier and tastier option. So lets see how the rest of the month goes...
